I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
It takes 2 to 3 business days* to process and ship your order. If you order over the weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday.


DELIVERY TIME?
All orders are shipped based on the packaging center from which the product originates.
Average delivery time: 4 to 8 working days*
Although most packages arrive quickly, unforeseen circumstances and delays may occur with our carriers.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We offer a tracking number for every order. Tracking is available once the product has been shipped. Each product may be shipped from multiple packing centers around the world. Tracking starts within 5 days.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty, but you must cancel it within 24 hours of its confirmation for the cancellation to be effective. Simply send us an email with the subject "CANCEL" or contact us via the WhatsApp button. If more than 24 hours have passed and the item has already been shipped, we can no longer assist you.


I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address, simply reply to the order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Please inform us immediately by email at info@prpinkrose.com or via the WhatsApp button. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship each item with extra packaging. However, our customers report that about 1 in 1000 items arrives damaged due to failing postal services. If this happens to you, please contact us and send us: - Your order number. - A photo of the damaged product. After a quick verification, we will be happy to send you another one for free.
