Refund policy
Our refund policy applies within 14 days of the order delivery.
If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your products, we are sorry, but we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To finalize the return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the order to the original address.
Items that are not in their original condition or that are damaged for reasons beyond our control will not be accepted.

REFUNDS (if eligible for the return policy)
"Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund."
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or according to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
LATE OR UNRECEIVED REFUND
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is credited.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS
We currently do not offer refunds if your item was a gift.
CUSTOM PRODUCT
Customized products cannot be returned or refunded in accordance with Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, which removes the right of withdrawal in cases where the goods sold have been made "to order" or "customized" based on the choices of the end customer.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
